I am a cement worker who is determined to become a cement craftsman. I am honored and proud to speak here today as an advanced personal representative of Wei Meng Company, and I am also very excited. I am very grateful to the company leaders and colleagues for giving me such a high honor.
From 2065438 to 2008, the cement plant produced 665,000 tons of clinker annually and treated 393,000 tons of carbide slag, which became a solid backing for the eco-cycle industrial chain of Wei Meng Company. This is the result of all our cement workers completing various production tasks under the correct leadership of the company. As the process supervisor of the cement plant, I actively went deep into the production line, dared to find problems, took the initiative to solve problems, and participated in and implemented many technical transformation and economic operation projects.
In the production of 20 17-20 18, four major problems were encountered in the production process, which restricted the clinker production line from the most critical air, coal and material control points. In order to solve these four problems, improve the quality of cement clinker and improve the operation efficiency of production line, all cement workers and I attended four key research meetings presided over by the general manager.
