In view of the landlord's problem, you'd better choose the second one. It's more expensive, but it's easier to use, and it's also convenient to disassemble and wash. You want them to use the real 34 stainless steel mesh, and don't be cheated by the iron mesh. If it's iron, it will rust in less than one year, and if it's stainless steel, it won't be damaged in five years. However, plastic parts may wear out.
