Principle of silicon carbide high temperature dust collector

1. When the equipment works normally, the silicon carbide enters the main engine through the inlet, and is fully dispersed due to the impact and friction of the airflow. The dust and moisture contained in the silicon carbide particles and adhered to the surface are taken away by the airflow, and the clean particles are discharged through the outlet.

2. Dust enters the cyclone with the airflow, most of which is collected in the cyclone, while a small amount of fine powder enters the filter cartridge with the airflow and is blocked on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, and clean gas is discharged from the air outlet.

3. When the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge is thick, the controller turns on the blowing system to blow the dust off the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which falls into the dust collection chamber and is finally discharged by the dust discharge valve.
