Is the pipeline steam-water mixer the same as the submerged steam-water mixing heater?

It's different.

A, pipeline type steam-water mixing heater

1. Features: steam and water are mixed in the pipeline, and hot water is generated in the pipeline, which is flexible in application and adjustable in water temperature.

2. Limitations: Every time it starts running, it is required to boil water first and then turn on steam; Every time it stops running, it is required to turn off the steam first and then the water. Moreover, it takes a certain time to run smoothly and reach a stable outlet temperature every time it starts running.

3. Usage: ① Suitable for closed-loop heating system. Such as heating hot water circulation heating, process container heating and water-in-water circulation heating. ② Suitable for open cycle heating system. Such as swimming pool water circulation heating, sanitary hot water circulation heating (heating water tank) and so on. ③ Suitable for open primary continuous heating system. Such as raw water heating in power plants, large-flow centralized hot water supply stations, etc.

Second, the submerged steam muffler heater

1. Features: Steam and water are mixed in the water tank, replacing the old flower tube, which is equivalent to a muffler. Not limited by steam pressure, it can be large or small, and the water temperature can be adjusted in a wide range. It can be heated naturally and repeatedly to keep the water temperature, and no warm water is wasted.

2. Limitation: There must be a water tank, or a pool or water tank.

3. Usage: ① Suitable for open repeated heating system. Such as a hot wat tank in a bathroom. ② Suitable for closed cycle heating system. Such as circulating heating of sanitary hot water tanks.

The above is the difference between steam-water mixed heater and steam muffler heater, both of which have their own advantages, and users can choose according to their own needs.
