What happened to the "wrong child" incident?

Yao Ce, the protagonist of "Wrong Life", has passed away, but the incident has never subsided. On the issue of house and compensation, waves of mutual tears have been exposed by the media, and cyber violence against the two families has followed, leaving a chicken feather with nowhere to put. Perhaps it is an explanation for Yao Ce or a peace of mind for himself. Xu Min, Yao Ce's foster mother, said that she would sue Huaihe Hospital of Henan University. Xu Min said that this matter was decided together with her husband and her biological son Guo Wei, which was regarded as a lawsuit filed by the three of them. On the day of the trial, the whole family would be present, hoping to find out the truth.

Regarding the hospital involved, Huaihe Hospital of Henan University was sued for the second time. Yao Ce sued the hospital with his biological parents, and the result was that Guo's parents got compensation from the hospital. With the compensation, it can be said that Yao Ce's biological father Guo Xikuan and biological mother Du Xinzhi's road to rights protection has ended. However, Yao Shibing and Xu Min, as Yao Ce's adoptive parents, are also real victims. In my opinion, compared with his biological parents, Yao Ce's death has dealt a greater blow to the adoptive parents. The hospital compensated Yao Ce's parents and should also compensate Yao Ce's adoptive parents.

Xu Minfang believes that in the case of tort liability dispute against Huaihe Hospital of Henan University, because Du Xinzhi, Yao Ce's biological mother, concealed the history of hepatitis B, Xu Min's adopted son Yao Ce missed the vital hepatitis B vaccine injection, which led to his adopted son's death from hepatitis B to liver cancer, infringing on Xu Minfang's rights and interests. Du Xinzhi should bear joint responsibility with the hospital for Yao Ce's death. At the trial site, the two sides debated whether Du Xinzhi deliberately concealed the condition of hepatitis B after admission. Xu Minfang believes that Du Xinzhi deliberately concealed the fact that he carried hepatitis B virus, mainly because of the lack of cases of Du Xinzhi's admission.

At the trial site, the two sides also argued in court whether this matter could rule out the problem of someone stealing. In addition, another focus of the trial was whether Guo Xizhi, an office worker in the hospital, was related to Yao Ce's biological father Guo Xikuan. Guo Xizhi testified in court that she and Guo Xikuan were in the same village, but there was no relative or other relationship, and Guo Xikuan and Du Xinzhi did not go to the hospital to give birth through her.
