Ask for documents and after-sales
Ask the other company if it can issue patent certificate, production license and product quality inspection certificate. Whether these documents are issued by national authorities. At the same time, ask the other party whether the after-sales warranty method, after-sales duration and after-sales scope are written in the contract.
