1. Intelligent driving perception computing platform technology

Intelligent driving perception computing platform is the basis of realizing automobile intelligence, and it is the premise for machines to replace human eyes to identify the external environment and move towards unmanned driving. Intelligent driving perception computing platform is based on the deep integration and optimization of on-board artificial intelligence computing processor and visual algorithm, and uses advanced on-board visual sensors, radars and other sensing devices to support fine-grained and structured semantic perception of complex scenes, reconstruct a highly extensible and modular three-dimensional semantic environment, and make transparent, traceable and inferential decision-making and path planning. Meet the perceptual computing needs of high-level self-driving operation fleets and unmanned low-speed vehicles in different scenarios, and support the breakthrough and application demonstration of L3 and above self-driving technology.

2. High power density silicon nitride power module technology Silicon nitride power module has the advantages of low internal resistance, high power density, high efficiency and good high-frequency switching characteristics. The above performance can improve the heat dissipation performance of the power module, which can improve the efficiency by more than 30% compared with the traditional silicon-based components, and has great advantages in application, which can effectively reduce the volume of the driving inverter system and reduce the system cost. Because the output current of a single chip is small, it can not be used for vehicle-mounted inverter for the time being. However, by connecting chips in parallel and applying high thermal conductivity bonding materials to reduce thermal resistance and improve overall current output, a high-power silicon-based nitriding power module with high power density and high current output of 350A per phase can be realized. At present, MOSFET in silicon-based module can't withstand high voltage, and IGBT switch is not turned off fast enough, which causes great energy loss. With the reduction of silicon nitride cost, it will be used as a vehicle charger in the future.

3. Sector module axial field wheel motor technology Sector module axial field wheel motor is a new type of axial field motor, which adopts the integrated design of stator winding, brake disc and motor rotor of sector module. When applied to passenger cars, it can effectively reduce the unsprung weight of the wheel motor, effectively combine with hydraulic braking, ensure the braking safety of the vehicle, and avoid interference with the movement of the existing vehicle chassis suspension components. The key technologies involve the design and packaging technology of sector module stator winding, the integrated design and manufacturing technology of brake disc and rotor, the NVH technology of electromagnetic and mechanical coupling and the control technology of sector module motor. The application of this technology can form independent integrated components of steering drive and braking, and can form distributed drive system and hybrid power system.
