1. When applying for a patent for invention (with attached drawings, if any) or a patent for utility model, you must submit the attached instructions in duplicate (one original and one copy).
second, use this page for the first page of the attached drawings, and use white paper of the same size and quality for the continuation pages. Only the front side of the paper should be used, and there should be blanks around it: 25mm on the left and top, 15mm on the right and bottom.
3. The application documents sent by post shall not be folded.
4. Layout of drawings 1. The attached drawings should be drawn vertically on the drawings as far as possible, which are obviously separated from each other. When the horizontal dimension of the part is obviously larger than the vertical dimension and must be horizontally arranged, the top of the drawing should be placed on the left side of the drawing. If there are more than two drawings on a page and one has been horizontally arranged, the other drawings on the page should also be horizontally arranged. 2. When a picture can't be drawn on a piece of paper, it can be drawn on several drawings, but a whole picture with a reduced scale should be drawn, and the position of each sub-picture should be indicated on this whole picture.
v. Number of drawings If there are more than two drawings in total, they shall be numbered in Arabic numerals (this number has nothing to do with the page layout of the drawings), and the number shall be preceded by the word "Figure", such as Figure 1 and Figure 2. This number should be marked directly below the corresponding drawings. When there is only one picture, there is no need to number it.
VI. Drawing of drawings
Drawing tools and black ink shall be used. The lines shall be uniform, clear and deep enough, and shall not be colored or altered. Engineering blueprints shall not be used.
2. The cross-sectional view shall indicate the direction of cross-section and the layout of the cross-section diagram.
3. The distance between section lines should be suitable for the size of the section view, and it shall not affect the neatness of the drawing (including reference marks and marking leads).
4. All parts in the scale diagram should be drawn in proportion.
5. The size and clarity should ensure that every detail in the drawing can still be clearly distinguished when it is reduced to two thirds, and it is suitable for mass reproduction by means of photographic plate making, xerography and microfilming.
7. Except for some essential words, such as "water", "steam", "on" and "A-A section", there must be no other notes in the drawings.
VIII. Reference numerals When Arabic numerals are used, the reference numerals indicating the same component in the application documents shall be consistent. However, it is not required that the reference numerals in each drawing are continuous, and the reference numerals not mentioned in the text part of the specification shall not appear in the drawings.
IX. The attached drawings of the instruction manual shall be numbered in the order of the center of the bottom border of each page.
