What's the difference between patent and copywriting?
Patent: usually refers to the originality of industrial products in design or manufacturing. Copywriting: copyright. Usually refers to publications (in a broad sense). That is, all kinds of words, music and other forms that are publicly spread in various media. When others need to quote, they must seek the opinions of the copyright owner. Of course, they cannot be used in any other publications without permission. Both have the meaning of ownership.
