The user guarantees that the content uploaded by him to Baidu Cloud Service shall not and shall not directly or indirectly:
Delete, conceal or change any patent, copyright, trademark or other ownership statement displayed on or contained in Baidu Cloud Service;
interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of Baidu cloud service or any part or function of Baidu website in any way;
avoid, try to avoid or claim to be able to avoid any content protection mechanism or Baidu cloud service data measurement tool;
use any registered or unregistered works, service marks, company LOGO, URLs or other marks originating from Baidu in written form or graphics without Baidu's prior written consent;
using any logo, including but not limited to using Baidu logo in a way that defiles, weakens and damages the owner's rights of such logo, or setting or declaring any obligation or granting any right or authority for himself or anyone else in a way that violates this agreement, unless Baidu indicates in writing, users shall not export any user information, and must stop using and delete any user information or other Baidu cloud service content within 24 hours after obtaining them;
displaying or otherwise providing any user information to any non-original user without the prior consent of the original user;
request, collect, solicit or otherwise obtain access to Baidu account, password or other authentication credentials from any user;
proxy authentication credentials for automatically logging in to Baidu account for any user;
provide tracking function, including but not limited to identifying other users' viewing or operation on personal homepage;
automatically direct the browser window to other web pages;
impersonate others or gain access to Baidu cloud services without authorization; Or let anyone else personally identify the user without the explicit consent of the user.
if a user violates any of the above guarantees, Baidu has the right to punish him by warning, shielding or even disqualification according to his circumstances; If the user violates the above guarantee and causes losses to Baidu Cloud Service, Baidu Cloud Service users or any partner of Baidu, the user shall be responsible for all legal responsibilities and compensate for the losses.
User's commitment:
Entering the computer information network or using the computer information network resources without permission;
deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in the computer information network without permission;
intentionally making and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
other behaviors that endanger the security of computer information networks.
against the basic principles set by the constitution;
endangering national security, revealing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
damaging the national honor and interests;
inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
sabotaging the state's religious policy and propagating cults and feudal superstitions;
spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;
contains other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
once it has obtained the written authorization from the right holder (if any) of the content uploaded, published, transmitted or spread by other means through the network service provided by Baidu cloud service, it has reached an internal agreement with the right holder on the distribution of rights and interests to ensure that it has full, complete, flawless and exclusive ownership and intellectual property rights before submitting and uploading the relevant content to Baidu cloud service.
The content uploaded, published, transmitted or spread by other means by users using the network service provided by Baidu Cloud Service shall not contain any information that violates national laws, regulations and policies, including but not limited to the following information:
Users shall not use this network service system for any illegal purpose; Do not use Baidu cloud storage network service in any form to infringe Baidu's commercial interests, including but not limited to publishing commercial advertisements without Baidu's permission; Do not use Baidu cloud service network service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network;
users are not allowed to engage in the following activities by using the services provided by Baidu Cloud Service:
If the content uploaded, published, transmitted or spread by other means by users through the network services provided by Baidu Cloud Service has defects in rights or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties (including but not limited to patent rights, trademark rights, copyright and copyright neighboring rights, portrait rights, privacy rights and reputation rights, etc.), Baidu or other units cooperating with Baidu will face any complaints, reports and reports. Or cause Baidu or other units cooperating with Baidu to suffer any loss of reputation, reputation or property, users should actively take all possible measures to ensure that Baidu and other units cooperating with Baidu are not affected by the above claims and lawsuits. At the same time, users are fully liable for the direct and indirect economic losses suffered by Baidu and other units cooperating with Baidu.
