VivoX50PRO face unlocking can never detect what happened to the face.

You can view the following processing methods:

1. Face unlocking supports unlocking when the screen is open, but does not support unlocking when the screen is closed. You can use the following methods to light up the screen:

Turn on the function of raising hand and brightening screen: enter Settings-Quick Assist-Intelligent Somatosensory-Intelligent Brightening Screen Off-Raising hand and brightening screen. When the function is turned on, the hand will automatically light up the screen.

Turn on and double-click the bright screen: enter Settings-Quick Assist-Intelligent Somatosensory-Intelligent Bright Screen Close the screen-Double-click the bright screen. After turning on the function, double-click the bright screen; Press the power button to light the screen manually.

2. Please turn on the camera, switch to the front camera and take photos with the front camera. If the photo can be taken successfully, the camera is normal. If the front camera can't be used, please take your mobile phone and purchase voucher to the customer service center for testing.

3. Please keep the front camera clean and unobstructed, and then try to unlock the face; If the phone has a toughened film or an anti-blue film, please take it off and try again.

4. If the ambient light is too bright or too dark, it may affect the facial recognition effect. Please try not to unlock in dark or backlight environment, and try to avoid direct sunlight and light.

Note: In a dark environment, you can enter Settings-Fingerprint, Face and Password (or Face and Password)-Face-Screen Fill Light to improve the unlocking experience.

5. The distance between the face and the mobile phone is too close or too far, which will lead to the incomplete face picture collected by the camera. Please adjust the distance, and try to keep your face about 20~50 cm to unlock the phone. Don't cover your face with hats, masks, scarves and other items when unlocking, and try to expose your face.

6. If the quality of the input facial data is not good, it will affect the unlocking experience. You can go to the phone settings-fingerprint, face and password (or face and password)-face, click "Clear face data", and then re-enter face data to view it.

7. Some scenes must be unlocked with the lock screen password.

Due to the data encryption and protection mechanism of Android system, some scenes must be unlocked by screen lock password. The main scenarios are as follows:

(1) You need to enter a password to unlock the phone for the first time after restarting it.

(2) After the system is upgraded

(3) The mobile phone is not restarted during use, and it is only unlocked by fingerprints and faces. After 3 days, you must enter the screen lock password to unlock it.

8. Check whether to use third-party one-button screen locking software. Based on the security control of screen locking in Android system, when third-party screen locking software is needed to unlock the screen, the screen locking password or pattern password must be used instead of fingerprint or face unlocking. It is recommended to uninstall the third-party one-button screen lock software and use the one-button screen lock software that comes with the mobile phone.

9. Please upgrade your mobile phone to the latest version for viewing.

10, enter Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Restore all settings, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Restoring all settings will not delete any data or media files, but only restore all settings of the mobile phone, and some third-party application accounts need to log in again. Please make sure that it will not affect the use of the software before operation.
