The developed straw molding equipment and full negative pressure molding production process have solved the bottleneck restricting the industrialization of straw molding technology; Active slag cleaning structure, multi-stage air combustion and other pioneering technologies and equipment have overcome the international problem that straw briquette is easy to slag. In the new process of anaerobic digestion of agricultural solid organic matter, the high-efficiency anaerobic phase separation regulation conversion technology was put forward, which solved the worldwide problem of biogas slurry digestion in traditional anaerobic process. A series of equipment such as automatic straw feeding and discharging system and solid-liquid two-phase separation anaerobic digestion device have been developed, which have comprehensively improved the technical level of equipment in the field of anaerobic digestion of agricultural waste biomass in China. Her research has obtained a number of methods, technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights and great promotion value, and many achievements have been widely used, turning the originally abandoned straw resources and livestock manure into commodities, turning waste into treasure and harm into benefit, with remarkable social, economic and ecological benefits. In recent years, the popularization and application of these technologies not only provided farmers with 6.5438+563800 tons of straw briquette, 669 million cubic meters of biogas and 2.62 million tons of organic fertilizer, but also changed the village appearance, farmers' living conditions and sanitary quality, and reduced 2.03 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions and 6.54385800 tons of smoke and dust. The project area basically put an end to the random dumping of straw and the random discharge of livestock manure, thus reducing agriculture. At the same time, it directly increased farmers' income and saved 250 million yuan.
