Teaching situation

The courses taught include electroplating principle and technology, electroplating additives, performance test of electroplating solution and coating, design and selection of plating equipment, treatment of electroplating three wastes, new electroplating technology and process, rust prevention technology, electrochemical principle, electrochemical protection, anti-corrosion engineering design, research methods of corrosion and protection, material corrosion principle, material chemistry, experimental design and optimization.

Scientific research direction

1, development of new electroplating and electroless plating processes, new plating solutions, new additives and intermediates; Study on electroplating of nonmetallic materials: replacing decorative chromium, hard chromium and cyanide pollution process and plating solution development; Study on anodic oxidation process, sealing and coloring of aluminum. Research and development of pretreatment (degreasing and rust removal) and post-treatment (passivation and sealing) processes and chemicals for metal surface treatment.

2. Diagnosis and improvement of surface treatment process; Fault analysis and treatment of electroplating, electroless plating and anodic oxidation of aluminum; Design of electroplating production line, design and selection of plating equipment, improvement of electroplating and electroless plating technology.

3. Study on clean production of aluminum electroplating and anodic oxidation and recycling of bath solution.

4. Surface treatment of light metals (aluminum, magnesium, titanium and their alloys).

5. New painting technology; Development of dacromet coatings, anticorrosive coatings and waterborne coatings.
