First, close integration at home and abroad. The integrated circuit industry is a highly internationalized industry. It can be said that without international cooperation, you will never get a ticket to enter the "club" of the international integrated circuit industry. However, international cooperation is not simply to introduce and absorb foreign advanced technology. Different from the previous technology introduction, R&D Center has created a new way to participate in international R&D and enjoy the results. We can acquire independent intellectual property rights while mastering cutting-edge technologies at a lower cost. For example, in process research and development, the R&D Center cooperates with the Belgian Interschool Microelectronics R&D Center (IMEC), the largest integrated circuit R&D institution in Europe, and will send ***40 people to develop the world-leading deep submicron CMOS standard process technology within four years. Through this project, more than 200 technical invention patents can be formed, and the ability of R&D team to establish independent development and upgrading of process technology can be cultivated. Through this project, R&D Center will master the most advanced technology and intellectual property in the field of wireless communication, and quickly form independent core technology and high-level development team. As an industrial research institution, R&D center must avoid the disconnection between R&D and the market, face the industrial demand, and apply the research results to production in time and effectively. At first, the R&D Center applied the related achievements of technological research and development to the technological transformation of Hua Hong NEC production line from DRAM to OEM, and supported the technological innovation system of Hua Hong NEC with the obtained technological research and development achievements and technical team. Through close cooperation with the production line, the R&D center has also obtained technical service income, laying a market foundation for entering a virtuous circle. R&D Center also actively cooperates with production lines such as SMIC and Li Hong. Third, Industry-University-Research is closely integrated. R&D Center is an institution jointly invested by Industry-University-Research, which has a good institutional foundation of close cooperation with Industry-University-Research. With the strong support of the relevant departments of the municipal government and the shareholder universities, the related R&D resources of universities began to gradually open to the R&D center, and universities concentrated in the R&D advantage areas of integrated circuits, forming a joint force to provide professional services for industrial development.
