1. Application conditions: All China citizens who meet the following conditions can apply for the exam: they have full capacity for civil conduct. Obtain a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering, and obtain a diploma or degree certificate. China citizens and residents of Taiwan Province Province who are permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region may register for the examination.
Registration is divided into three steps: forecast name, qualification examination and payment confirmation. The patent administrative department of the people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the test center is located (hereinafter referred to as the "test center bureau") is responsible for the specific affairs of registration.
