X13T6W has excellent purity, high-level strength and excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It also has good processing performance, polishing performance, machining performance, etching performance and gas quenching performance. They are all relatively good.
X13T6W plastic mold steel is particularly suitable for plastic molds and mechanical engineering and mold parts that require extremely high polishability and fatigue strength, as well as for the preparation of chemically aggressive plastics (such as PVC) or containing wear-resistant materials of plastic products.
X13T6W is in a softened annealed state at the factory, with a hardness of 215~240HBW.
