This system can centrally extract data from WOS, EI, CSCD, CSSCI and other databases, and assign documents to the corresponding author account according to the name matching rules
and Automatically verify whether it complies with the school's award regulations and the award category to which the paper belongs.
Automatic duplication checking and comparison can classify papers under the author's account into various forms such as awarded, unrewarded, and ineligible for awards.
For papers that are not eligible for awards, the reasons for non-compliance can be displayed. For papers that have not been awarded, the authors can see the current progress status of award applications.
The development and use of this system has greatly saved scientific researchers from the tedious process of manually sorting and submitting a list of papers, and at the same time allows scientific researchers
