The golden gun mandarin duck refers to the works of Tie Zhi. Acupuncture at these two points is a compulsory skill for acupuncturists. The whole set of techniques is divided into five exercises.
Preparatory style: face south to north, legs shoulder-width apart, feet straight, toes slightly buckled, hands hanging outside thighs, palms facing each other, chin slightly retracted, chin slightly raised, eyes glaring, eyes looking straight ahead, full of energy. According to the method of breathing forward, the nose breathes and inhales, and the mind is concentrated on the abdomen under the navel.
A, the eagle's wings:
Raise your arms straight up to shoulder level, palms down, palms outward, fingers straight naturally, upper limbs straight, joint muscles should not be stiff and tight, so that you can breathe freely through your fingers. When practicing, it is accompanied by breathing (forward and backward breathing), nasal breathing and nasal inhalation. When exhaling, the air in the abdomen rushes along the inside of the arm, and when inhaling, it rises from the outside of the arm to the head and then returns to the abdomen. Repeated practice like this, over time, can fold the upper limbs and fingers, and the strength will increase greatly. When I first started learning, I felt my arms numb and swollen, and I could only practice for about 5 minutes at a time. Later, with the continuous growth of your own skills, you can gradually increase the training time until the training time exceeds 60 minutes.
Second, the iron cow cultivated land:
(1) Support the palms of both hands in parallel, touch the ground with palms down, keep your hands shoulder-width apart, keep your arms straight, keep your feet straight together, point your toes to the ground, bend your waist and hips back as far as possible, lift your hips and tuck in your abdomen. Breathe forward, sniff and inhale, focusing on Laogong point in the palm of your hand.
② Inhale, at the same time, hold your head up, hold your chest out, bow your waist and hips backwards, raise your hips, then fall backwards, restore your original posture, relax your anus and testicles, and return the internal qi outside your arm to Dantian. So forward and backward, cycle, exhausted. During the practice, pay attention to the close coordination of movements and breathing, not too slow or too fast, and the movements must be coherent and coordinated without stopping in the middle. When I first learned this trend for more than a dozen times, I felt tired and angry, my head swelled and my back ached. However, after a long period of practice, the number of times can be increased day by day, and those who do it more than 100 times each time will practice easily. The training method is: support your body with your fingers on your stomach, as mentioned above. In a few months, the technology will be further improved. When you do more than 100 exercises every time, you won't feel tired, and then use ten fingers as six fingers to support your body (that is, only thumb, food and middle finger are used in each palm). After doing the above exercises, the position of your feet will gradually rise. Then turn your palm into an eagle claw and support yourself with your fingertips. Do the above method. Once the long skill exceeds 100 times, gradually lift your feet. /kloc-After more than 0/00 times, put stones on your back and tie them up. If you do exercises, it is still feasible to do more than 50 times when the stone is increased to 50 kilograms.
Third, Lohan is lying on the ground:
Lie prone on the ground, stand on tiptoe with your feet, touch the ground with your toes, support your body with the five fingers of your right hand (or left hand) on the column, and hold your palm against your abdomen with one hand, with your body straight and your face facing the ground. Cis-breathing, nasal breathing and nasal inhalation were used. At the end of inhalation, the upper body rotates 90 degrees to the left, so that the right side of the body faces the ground. The five fingers of the right hand strongly support the ground with dark strength, and at the same time violently spray air through the nasal cavity to hold up the anus and testicles, so as to consciously guide the internal qi in the abdomen to Hanzhong point, and then pass through the right armpit along the inner side of the arm and place a bet on Laogong point in the palm, and rush out to the fingertips of the five fingers. When inhaling, restore the original posture, relax the anus and relax the testicles. Repeat this exercise until your fingers are sore and numb. Practice kungfu every day, every two hours. After two months, it will be easy to practice four fingers with five fingers, then three fingers in February, and finally food and middle fingers. When two fingers can practice more than 50 times without feeling weak and suffocated, put a wooden stool under your feet to practice. After a long time, a strip-shaped iron sand bag was wrapped around the back of the waist, which gradually increased from 5 kg to 15 kg.
Fourth, King Kong fell:
Stand upside down, with your feet * on the wall or stump, hold the ground with one palm and five fingers, don't touch the ground with your palms down, and keep your head up. Breathe in the opposite direction, sniff and inhale. When inhaling, lead the qi from Dantian to Zhongshan point. When exhaling, the air pours into the palm from the inside of the arm supported by the post under the armpit, and then rushes to the fingertips. After 5 minutes of handstand, it is easy to practice the five fingers to four fingers and three fingers, and finally it is easy to practice the food and the middle finger, each time for 10 minutes.
Five, poke refers to work:
① Inserting mung beans: Fill a bucket with mung beans, stand in front of the bucket with "Ma bu" or horse stance just look, and convey the qi of Dantian to the second finger by breathing forward, and then suck it up with your nose after a slight electric shock. Insert mung beans into the bucket with the fingertips of two fingers, and at the same time, spray air through the nasal cavity to collect anus and testicles, intentionally guiding the internal air to rise from Dantian to Zhongshan point and divide it into two armpits, and go straight to the fingertips along the inside of the arm. Then inhale through the nose, and at the same time withdraw the palm of your hand, guide the air outside your arm over your head, return to Dantian, and relax your abdomen, anus and testicles. There are countless such calls and insertions, and the degree is that the fingers feel numb and slightly painful. When inserting fingers, you must practice according to the principles of light before heavy, slow before fast, and persevere so as not to stop working.
② Inserting millet: After inserting mung bean 100 days, the skin of the second finger tip changed from redness, swelling and pain to thickening, and the finger was tougher than before. At this time, practice inserting millet in the same way as inserting mung beans.
③ Inserting sand: After inserting millet for one hundred days, the fingertips of two fingers become thicker, and most of the millet is shelled, so it is easy to intervene with medium sand. A small amount of pepper should be mixed into the sand. The practice method is the same as inserting mung beans.
④ Inserting iron sand: When practicing inserting iron sand, the choice of iron sand should be smooth and avoid sharp corners, and appropriate amount of pepper and angelica dahurica should be mixed into the iron sand. The practice method is the same as inserting mung beans. In case of finger rupture and bleeding in practice, you should disinfect and apply medicine to stop bleeding and promote granulation in time, and wrap it with plaster externally, so you can continue to practice. Never give up halfway. In addition, no matter what you practice, you should stand on the pile after each practice, raise your hands straight forward to the same height as your breasts, and then exhale, so that you can guide the qi from Dantian to Zhongshan point, then divide it into your armpits and return to Dantian along the inside of your arms. After practicing 10 minutes, wash your hands with training liquid 10 minutes, which can ensure the safety and advanced fingers. However, if you have a wound on your hand, don't wash your hands with external lotion.

Iron Head Skill is also called Luohan Iron Head Skill. Deep technology can break the stone tablet with your head and bend the iron bar without hurting your head at all. The whole set of techniques is divided into five formulas to practice.
1, boys worship Buddha
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, with your toes slightly buckled, and grasp the ground with your toes. Raise your hands from the side to the top of your head and then hang them down to your chest. Keep your hands together, with your fingertips flush with your chin, your mouth and eyes slightly closed, and your tongue gently licking your palate. I'm going to stay in the abdomen one inch and three minutes below the navel 1~3 minutes, and then I'll start to adjust my breathing. I'll breathe forward, breathe through my nose, breathe first and then inhale. When inhaling, the abdomen naturally bulges, and the testicles and anus are raised. When exhaling, slightly abdomen, while relaxing anus and testicles; Inhale evenly and slowly, and think that the essence of the sun, moon and stars in the sky will be continuously injected into the abdomen from Baihui point on the top of your head and Laogong point on your hands. When the breath is just full, the mouth and throat will cooperate and swallow a breath like food, with the intention of continuously introducing the breath into the lower abdomen to make the lower abdomen fuller and fuller. When inhaling, the palm is centered on the thumb and slowly rotates 90 degrees to the left and right respectively with the inhalation action; When inhaling, the tip of the tongue is flat, and the palms are slowly closed with inhalation. Repeated practice like this, each training time can not be less than 30 minutes.
2. King Kong holds the tripod
Kneel with your legs in a pile of horses, grab the ground with your toes, like a tree taking root, glare at the front, lick your tongue tightly, and put your fists up at your sides. Use reverse breathing, nasal inhalation and mouth breathing. When inhaling, the chest naturally stands up and the abdomen retracts. At the same time, change palms with fists, palms facing each other and fingertips facing up. Then, the whole body strength is concentrated on the hands, and the hands, like heavy objects, are slowly lifted from the waist on both sides to the top of the head. At the same time, they intend to lead their abdomen to Baihui point on the top of their heads and stare at it with their hands. After raising your hands above your head, slowly fall and exhale at the same time. When exhaling, the tip of the tongue is flat and the gas is ejected from the mouth. After spraying, the whole body is relaxed, but the meaning of a thousand pounds on the head cannot be relaxed. This formula has been used 49 times.
3. Lohan is holding his belly.
Stand up straight, feet shoulder width apart, fists on both sides of the waist, fists up, tongue on the palate, glaring in front. Use reverse breathing, nasal inhalation and mouth breathing. Exhale a big breath through your mouth as much as possible, then inhale through your nose, tuck in your abdomen, lift your testicles, and lift your strength to the top for a hundred times. While inhaling, suddenly raise your hands to your ears, palms backward, palms facing left and right, and stand on tiptoe. Then your body quickly crouches into a riding post, and your fists change hands to hit your abdomen, and at the same time, you tighten your anus with a "hey". Bulge your belly to resist the blow of your palm. Starting from the abdomen, and then gradually expanding to the whole abdomen. After a month, the palm of your hand was replaced by a fist face, and it was easy to be hit by a fist wheel at last. It was not until the pain in any part of the abdomen stopped that it was replaced with a wooden stick.
4, golden boy drumming
His body is upright, his feet are shoulder-width apart, his toes are slightly buckled, his ten toes hold the ground like a tree, his eyes are straight, and the tip of his tongue is tight on the palate. The left hand is at the left waist, and the right hand holds the board (or stick). Adopt cis-breathing, nasal inhalation and oral breathing. Inhale first. After reaching Baihui point on the top of your head with the breath of Dantian, hit the top of your head with a wooden board (or wooden stick) with your right hand from light to heavy, and exhale to make a "hey" sound. It is advisable to beat your head every time until you feel hot, bloated and numb on the top of your head.
5. King Kong rings the bell
Before practice, take a square piece of sandpaper (about 50×50 cm) and fix it on the wall flush with the neck of the practitioner. When practicing, stand straight with your hands akimbo. After the qi of the abdomen reaches the top of the head, the practitioner impacts the center of the gauze paper on the wall from light to heavy with the top of the head, forehead, back pillow and both sides of the head. There is no limit to the number of times and time to practice this style, and the gauze paper can be beaten to the extent of tattered perforation every day. Change a new gauze paper when practicing the next day.
When practicing martial arts, you should keep a heavy weight on your head, which can strengthen the intention of keeping Baihui point on your head and urge practitioners to receive the effect of letting internal qi reach your head as soon as possible. When practicing boys to worship Buddha again, it is required that the mind is not hard; When practicing King Kong Ding, Luohan Belly, Golden Boy Drumming and King Kong Ringing, you need to work hard, so as to achieve your goal, achieve your goal, and achieve your goal.
Babao gourd skill

Hulu Kung Fu is a kind of Kung Fu used by Babao Boxing to practice finger strength, and it is a qigong skill that can strengthen the body and practice both inside and outside. The author has learned a lot from years of practice. In order to carry forward the motherland's Qigong heritage, with the consent of the boxer-Wulin Yincuohua, I dedicate this contribution to my colleagues in Wulin. Before practice, prepare a mature gourd, divide the longitudinal line of the gourd into two equal halves, remove the pulp and put it in a jar or wooden bucket filled with water, with the concave surface of the gourd facing down.
Achievement method:
First, practice boxing routines once a day (three or four o'clock in the morning) to fully exercise the muscles and bones of the body. Then face east, feet slightly wider than shoulders, toes slightly buckled inward, hands stretched forward, fingers bent into talons, palms facing down, tongue touching the upper jaw, mouth and eyes slightly closed, and thoughts focused on the abdomen one inch and three points below navel. After staying in the abdomen for one to three minutes, take Gu Dao, do breathing, breathe first and then inhale, and practice for 30 minutes each time.
Second, after practicing Dantian Gong according to the above formula for 30 minutes. Hands gesture unchanged, the lower limbs stand in front of the cylinder (or barrel), and the third party's nose is close to the upper jaw, contracting Gu Dao. After gazing at the gourd in the water for one to three minutes, exhale according to the forward breathing method. Just after exhaling, grasp the top of the gourd with both hands and fingers, so that it can be separated from the water in the cylinder (or bucket) (fingers are not allowed to grasp the edge of the gourd incision). Inhale at the same time, from Dantian to perineum, Changqiang point, Du meridian to Dazhui point. Exhale, use your mind to guide the qi of Dazhui point into the meridian-keeping points on the left and right shoulders in two ways, and then introduce it into Laogong point with your palm, so that the gourd in your fingers can relax. Suck your breath and practice again and again, once a day. Practice for five minutes at first, and then gradually increase to one or two hours at a time with the increase of skills.
Key points:
When practicing, you must concentrate, exhale first, then inhale. When inhaling, grasp the gourd with your fingers (don't grasp it with brute force), and your palm must be empty. When exhaling, relax the gourd in your hand, but don't leave the gourd when praising. The internal qi in the brain penetrates into the gourd through the Laogong point in the palm of your hand.
Precautions:
First, it is best to practice in a quiet place with pine and cypress.
Second, after practicing for a month or so, Dantian has a warm sense of airflow. After practicing for three months, my whole body strength increased greatly and my hands felt angry.
Third, in the first three months of practice, sexual life is forbidden.
Fourth, beginners should not catch gourds. But as long as you persevere, you can transport the internal qi to your fingers for a long time and catch the gourd out of the water. It's done. After success, we must continue to practice and consolidate the efficacy.
Five, if the gourd kung fu and eagle claw kung fu, grasp the altar mouth, grasp the iron ball, push bricks together, you can encourage learners to practice gourd kung fu early.

Relax your breath
Every noon and Yin Shi, practice in a place with many cypresses, quiet environment and fresh air. First move your head, limbs, knees, ankles and other joints for a few minutes, then stand straight with your face facing south, eyes slightly closed, mouth slightly closed, chin miniature, feet across your shoulders, feet straight, toes slightly buckled, feet flying, and hands naturally hanging on the outside of your thighs.
After posing according to the above method, relax the head, neck, shoulder joint, chest and back, waist and abdomen, hip joint, perineum, thigh, knee joint, calf, ankle joint, foot and palm from top to bottom for three times. After the whole body is fully relaxed, try your best to exhale the polluted air in the three mouths, then breathe according to the forward breathing method and breathe through the nose and mouth. When inhaling, the tip of the tongue gently rubs the upper palate, and the lower abdomen bulges slightly, so that the spiritual qi drops vertically from Baihui point on the top of the head to the abdomen. At the same time, your hands slowly arch forward from both sides of your thighs and lift them to both sides of your forehead. When lifting, the palm is straight, the fingertips are opposite, the palm is backward, and the thumb is tilted upward; Then open your mouth and exhale gently. When exhaling, the tip of the tongue is flat and the abdomen is retracted. At the same time, press your hands under the palms on both sides of your forehead, palms down, palms facing each other, and press your toes down to the ground through the front of your chest and abdomen. Your upper body is also bent forward at the same time, and your legs are straight and cannot be bent. Exhale when leaning forward, and the qi in the mind flows downward from Dantian in two ways, and is injected into Yongquan point of the foot through the front and inner thigh; Then slowly straighten your waist and lift your body, rotate your hands outward, and slowly lift your palms in an arc. Inhale at the same time, and the internal qi in the brain rises from the outside of the instep and returns to Dantian through the outside.
Inhale through your nose when you get up, and exhale through your mouth when you lean over. Repeat this action for about 30 minutes.
Normal function: within one week to one month after practice, symptoms such as fever, numbness, chills and abdominal distension will appear in the hands, feet and hearts, and there will be "thunder" (that is, bowel sounds) burning in the abdomen. In addition, the body can feel big, small, light, heavy, bright, itchy and jumping. If one of the feelings appears after practice, we call it "feeling of getting angry".
Second, Pei Yuan Gong
(1) Fertility
When practicing, you should choose one of the above three postures: electricity, sitting and lying, but the sitting posture is the best. walking posture is not easy to master at first, so beginners had better not use it.
When practicing, practice is as follows:
(1) Before practicing, you should have the concept of "I'm going to practice" in your mind, then choose the practice position (pay attention to the north-south direction) and do the practice posture well.
When you start practicing, say to yourself in your mind: I have already started practicing, so I can't think any more. I should concentrate on practicing. Then relax the muscles and joints of the whole body from head to bottom in turn. When you relax, don't think too carefully about which muscle to relax. As long as you want to relax from top to bottom, your muscles and joints will relax quickly with your thoughts. The relaxation method should be done three times in a row, and you should relax from head to toe every time. Don't change your posture when you relax.
③ Inhale and exhale through the nasal cavity. Keep your mouth closed, your expression is natural, your eyes are gently closed, and the tip of your tongue is naturally stretched flat. Gently touch the gum behind your upper teeth (commonly known as "tooth flesh") and don't be stiff.
④ Focus on Dantian for 3-5 minutes.
Turn your mind to the sky, and imagine that the essence of the sun, moon and stars in the sky is a golden (or red) gas that fills the whole sky, and you are in this golden air.
⑥ Breathe naturally and softly by using the cis breathing method (that is, the abdomen protrudes when inhaling and retracts when exhaling). When inhaling, imagine that there is a small mouth as big as a cup in the middle of the head, and the golden essence of the sky is sucked in from this small mouth and descends from the head down along the center of the body (imagine a straight hollow passage from the top of the head to the abdomen) to the lower abdomen; When exhaling, imagine that these essence gases are absorbed in the abdomen, releasing dirty gases from the middle of both thighs to the foot (Yongquan point), and releasing these dirty gases from the foot to penetrate deep underground (as shown in figure 1.4) or excrete them from the heart. Relax when you exhale. When you are naturally skilled, inhale with a slight contraction of the anus (such as gently forbearing the stool, don't use too much force).
Practice for half an hour at a time to 1 hour, and you can finish the work. When you finish your work, press the Laogong point of your left hand on your navel, put your right hand on the back of your left hand, and take the navel eye as the center. First, massage from left to right (female is the opposite), from top to bottom, from inside to outside clockwise, with a constant speed of 18 ~ 36 (as shown in Figure 66), and then change to counterclockwise, from right to left; From outside to inside, gently knead 18 ~ 36 times at a constant speed. Rub your palms together, then gently rub your face 18 times to relax your whole body muscles, and finish the work after ten steps.
For married practitioners, because Yuanyang has been discharged, it is necessary to take medicine to assist in practice to make up for the loss of energy. Unmarried people take it, and the effect is better. The prescription is as follows:
Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Semen Sojae Atricolor, Fructus Chaenomelis, Fructus Lycii, Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi, Radix Morindae Officinalis, Cortex Lycii, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae and Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati each 30g, Semen Plantaginis, Cortex Eucommiae, Cortex Phellodendri, Herba Cistanches, Poria and Rhizoma Drynariae each 24g, and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum 20g (if not, red ginseng can be used instead).
Apply a dose of medicine, grind it into powder and put it in a bottle; Soak the powder in rice wine for about one square meter, and store it in a sealed way for one month before use. Take 10 ml wine every time, and take it every morning and evening.
Practice essentials: relax, be quiet as sleep, be gentle and natural in pranayama, and leave the field sheet lightly, which seems to be non-defensive. If there is anything, it will make you feel comfortable. Enjoy yourself, be cheerful, look calm, cut off all distractions, and reach the realm of still water and no wind, cloudless autumn moon, boundless clarity and indifference to nothingness.
Normal function: About the tenth day after the exercise, 90% people consciously inhale the abdomen with slight fever, and the fever site varies from person to person. At the same time, there is a "gurgling" bowel sound in the abdomen, and the air increases; After one month, the area of abdominal fever gradually increased; After two months, the fever in the lower abdomen seems to flow with warm water, the whole body feels warm and comfortable, and saliva in the mouth increases; After three months, the strength is greatly increased, and the heat sensation in the lower abdomen is even worse (different from the morbid dryness and heat), and sometimes the lower abdomen will have a slight feeling of jumping. Some practitioners also have a sense of air mass in their abdomen.
After the above feeling appears, it is called "burning abdomen", which is an important sign of the beginning of abdominal strength. After practicing martial arts for three months, very few practitioners can walk along the second pulse of Ren Du (that is, through Sunday).
(2) Five-heart method of accepting qi
Practice with the bear pile posture. Stay in the abdomen for 3 ~ 5 minutes before practice, and then use sequential breathing, breathing first and then inhaling, long breathing and short breathing, and breathing slowly, gently and naturally. When exhaling, imagine that the essence of heaven and earth will continuously converge to the abdomen from the center of the head, palms (both sides) and soles (both sides) with inhalation, and relax the testicles and anus at the same time: when inhaling, gently close the testicles and contract the anus, and intentionally discharge the turbid gas in the body to Baihui point on the head, Laoguan point on both hands and Yongquan point on both feet. Inhale, breathe like this, and practice repeatedly for 30-60 minutes to finish the work.
When collecting work, the method is the same as "storing essence and nourishing yuan"
Practice essentials: observe the "five hearts", concentrate, relax the testicles and anus when inhaling, and contract the testicles and anus when exhaling. Absorb the essence of the sun, moon and stars in the sky and the aura of the earth landscape tree; Breathe the foul sick air in the body.
Normal function: Baihui point on the top of the head, Laogong point on the hand and Yongquan point on the foot are hot, numb and beating, and their vitality is increased. The skin feels like ants crawling, and the whole body is light and comfortable, crisp and pleasant, like soaking in a hot spring, and sometimes the whole body rises and floats like a white branch. At the same time, the external kidney is also exuberant because of its abundant essence.
Three, drum winding work (also known as "vigorous air drum winding method")
This skill must be practiced on the basis of cultivating Yuan Gong. Before practicing, you must master the essentials of kung fu, and then practice it carefully. Don't practice rashly and rashly to avoid accidents. If conditions permit, you can invite professional qigong masters to teach and practice.
When practicing, sit down in Guanyin style, follow the breathing method, breathe through your nose, breathe gently and naturally, and concentrate your thoughts on your abdomen. I'm going to stay in my abdomen until my abdomen is hot, that is, I'm going to rotate the abdominal qi clockwise, from left to right, from top to bottom, from inside to outside, at a constant speed 18 turn. Then press counterclockwise, reverse 18 turns as above, and enter Shenque point of navel. Repeatedly rotate and practice daily, and gradually increase the number of rotations to 24 laps, 36 laps, 72 laps and 8 1 lap when you can manipulate abdominal gas at will.
When turning a circle, the pitch of the circle with fewer times is larger, and the pitch of the circle with more times is smaller. In short, the range of motion and rotation should not exceed the edges of the left and right rib arches, and the lower part should not exceed the phalanges and upper crista of the left and right ilium.
At the beginning, it was difficult to rotate the internal qi at will. However, as long as you can keep practicing hard for a month, the internal qi can rotate as you like, and at the same time, you can feel the internal qi gradually getting together. Later, with the continuous enhancement of skill, this group of qi can rotate repeatedly in the abdomen under the guidance of ideas every time it is operated.
After practicing the above kung fu, I still use the method of breathing forward. When inhaling, the internal qi in the brain drops from Dantian to perineum, and the anus and testicles relax at the same time. When I exhale, I will bleed air to the abdomen, and at the same time cooperate with the contraction of anus and testicles. Repeatedly, with the operation of the ventilator, the abdomen, perineum and Ming Gate can be connected into a ring (this method is called "Little Sunday", also known as "Little * *"), and then gossip is carried out among the abdomen, perineum and Ming Gate (the method is the same as "Eight Diagrams" in the next section).
Then, use your mind to move clockwise (from top to bottom), from left to right, from outside to inside, and move the internal qi in a regular circular motion. When inhaling, the gas passes through the ventral side, and when exhaling, the gas passes through the lumbar side (that is, the pulse is connected). When the internal qi can't walk at will, don't run forcibly, and don't rotate from side to side at will, so as to avoid the reverse of qi and deviation, which will lead to training failure. Four, meridian meteor work (also known as "Zhou Xiaotian work")

After the above-mentioned exercises for a period of time, the abdominal qi is more sufficient. If you can keep exercising for a long time, step by step, without interruption, when your mind reaches the mirror to stop water, crystal clear and in a trance, you can feel a powerful qi rushing from Yin Hui point along the spine to the top of your head and into your abdomen. This is what people call "Tong Qi as governor". From then on, the internal qi can circulate along the two veins of Ren Du, such as endless operation. This is the term "Zhou Xiaotian Gong" in Qigong. Because at the same time, there are often bright lights running with the gas at Tangyin Point, just like meteors, so we call it "Meridian Meteor Work".
Meridian meteor work is completely derived from nature, and there is no "virtual work" at all. Nowadays, many people, after practicing Qigong, in order to get through Ren Du and Du Meridians as soon as possible, make qi and blood flow in the meridians, resulting in various Qigong deviations, and dare not practice again at once, resulting in all previous efforts being abandoned. What a pity! There are three places where I feel sad because I have passed the second pulse of Ren Du, also known as the three passes. The first level is the tail, the second level is the vegetables, and the third level is the jade pillow. When crossing Sandao Pass, some things went smoothly, while others encountered obstacles. At this time, the scenes, such as thunder and lightning, burning fire and boiling waves, and all kinds of sounds, seem to be true and unreal. We must firmly guard our body and mind, not surprised or pleased, slowly and automatically, and quietly, hovering between the mud pill and Kunlun Mountain like a bead of fire, looming between our eyebrows, feeling that we are descending from the nose to the mysterious, but still descending from the crown of the tree into the trachea. At this time, the physical and mental happiness is indescribable, and the so-called dry publication is coitus; This is also a bit like a yellow stadium. "
People who practice Babao Qigong must pay great attention to it. Only under the premise that the abdomen is full of qi, they should practice persistently, consciously increase the time of each practice, and at the same time strengthen the practice of sitting, lying and walking. As soon as the fire is over, the qi will be full, and Ren and the two meridians will be opened by themselves without any ideological guidance. The same is true of the so-called "full of anger and self-opening". At this time, you can only follow with your heart, step by step, conform to nature, and you can't be forced and impatient at all. This is the secret of practicing martial arts, and it is the secret of my eight-treasure boxing.
The running route of meridian meteors is: Qi starts in Dantian, passes through perineum, passes through the tail, then goes up to Dazhui along the clamping ridge, and then to Jade Pillow. Go straight to the top of your head, then pass through Tang Yin, cross the foot bridge, then use your tongue to cross Renmai, descend along Renmai, cross the dovetail, and descend to Dantian. If the person who practices this skill can practice step by step according to the achievement method, he can get through spontaneously on Sunday, and his route does not need to be induced.
On a small Sunday, the ridges are separated, the fire and water are ji ji, the yin and yang are combined, and the innate vitality evaporates more. Although the nose is closed, the vitality can naturally come in and out, slender and deep, and the beauty is unparalleled. The true qi melts, follows, flows all over the body, rises spontaneously, and falls in anger. Its smell is steaming, just like sleeping in a warm spring. The body and limbs are carefree and comfortable, which is really hard to describe in words.
Second, fuck the gossip
The positions of Ren, Du and Chong are like the gossip of Tai Chi. The Du meridian is located in the posterior ridge, the Chong pulse is in the middle, and the Ren pulse is in front of the chest and abdomen. When practicing, the breathing time should be equal, and the requirements of deep, long, slow and quiet should be maintained. Bleeding along Ren meridian from perineum to head, then along Chong meridian from head to perineum, then from perineum to tail, and up along Du meridian to head, just like the fish of Yin and Yang in Taiji diagram.
