Practice 2, snow ear peach gum. Soak the peach gum for more than 2 days and 48 hours, and it will rise to a great height. Remove impurities after soaking and rinse. Tremella is soaked and torn into small flowers. Then put the peach gum and tremella together in the pot (casserole is not recommended, the last photo of this pot has been taken brilliantly ~ ~), add water, and do not add ingredients. Bring the water to a boil over low heat for 1-2 hours, and be careful not to burn it to half. Add rock sugar when it is almost ripe, and adjust the sweetness according to personal preference. Various fruits or dried fruits can be added before eating.
Practice 3, peach gum fruit fishing. Soak the peach gum in advance and clean it. Put water in the pot, add peach gum, bring to a boil with high fire, simmer with low fire until the peach gum is thick, and add rock sugar to taste. Cut watermelon and papaya into pieces. Let the peach gum cool after stewing, or put it in the refrigerator. When eating, just put the fruit granules in the peach gum. Fruit is not necessarily papaya and watermelon, as long as you like it, you can also put pitaya and the like, or you can put it in cans.
