1. After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continue to work in this profession More than 5 years of formal technician training, reaching the required standard hours, and obtaining a completion certificate;
2. After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continue to work in this profession for more than 8 years;
3. Vocational (major) graduates of senior technical schools who have obtained senior professional qualification certificates for this profession and graduates who have obtained undergraduate diplomas from ordinary universities, and have been continuously engaged in this profession for more than 3 years;
4 .Recipients of honorary titles such as "Model Worker" (Advanced Worker) and "May 1st Labor Medal" at or above the prefectural and municipal level; The above scientific research projects have passed the appraisal and acceptance, and won the third prize or above at the municipal level (within the scope of the award ranking);
6. Have intermediate or above professional qualifications in this occupation, and have made innovations in the work field , persons who have obtained relevant patents.
(2) In addition to the above qualifications, those who meet one of the following conditions can also apply to participate in the appraisal assessment (pilot) as an exception:
1. Continuously engage in the professional work of grain and oil custodians Those who have been working as a grain and oil custodian for 20 years or more and have obtained a senior professional qualification certificate for this profession;
2. Those who have been working continuously as a grain and oil custodian for 20 years or more and participated in the senior professional skills appraisal station organized by the specific types of work in the grain industry of this region and unit. Applicants must take the Engineering Theory Knowledge Test with a score of 60 or above.
