2. Qualifications
The outstanding graduates introduced should have the following qualifications:

The exam is scored in two parts: comprehensive quality evaluation and interview test. The comprehensive quality evaluation score and interview test score are both included in the total score at 50%.

4. Introduction policy
1﹒ After the introduced outstanding graduates come to work in Xiangshui, if their spouses work in other places, they can coordinate and arrange to work in units of corresponding nature in Xiangshui County.
2. The outstanding graduates introduced are doctoral students, master's students, and undergraduates. After the probation period and passing the assessment, they will enjoy the salary and benefits of seventh-, eighth-, and ninth-level employees of public institutions and county-level employees. 5. Benefits and benefits
(1) Salary benefits
