Zhu Xuezhong’s personal experience

Zhu Xuezhong is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law School of Tongji University. He has a bachelor's and master's degree in engineering and a doctorate in management. He is qualified as a Chinese lawyer and a patent agent. He is a subject leader in intellectual property law at Tongji University. He concurrently serves as a director of the China Intellectual Property Research Association, a director of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of the China Law Society, deputy director of the academic committee of the China Intellectual Property Research Association of Universities, vice chairman of the Wuhan Intellectual Property Research Association, Licensing Executives Society International and The International Association for the Chinese member of Protection of Intellectual Property, arbitrator of Wuhan Arbitration Commission, etc.; part-time patent agent and lawyer. He has been engaged in intellectual property research at the Japan Patent Office, the Japan Invention Association, the Bundeswehr University in Germany, and the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property in Germany.
