Advantages: the core plate has the characteristics of good nail holding force, high strength, firmness, sound absorption and heat insulation. The moisture content of the blockboard is not high, ranging from10% to13%, and the processing is simple. Disadvantages: Urea-formaldehyde adhesive is widely used in the production of large-scale core boards, and the formaldehyde emission is generally high, and the environmental protection standard is generally low, which is also the reason why most large-scale core boards have pungent taste. In addition, because of the different materials and densities of veneer, it is easy to warp and deform after simple drying, and the structure is distorted, which affects the appearance and effect use. The surface of the large core board is rough and needs to be reworked by carpenters on site. Therefore, the large core board is far from meeting the needs of the current domestic custom wardrobe market. High density board, also called fiberboard, can be divided into high density board, medium density board and low density board according to different densities. At present, MDF is mainly used in the market, which is what we often call MDF. We carefully analyze the characteristics of MDF: advantages: the surface of MDF is flat and smooth, and it is easy to paint and glue. Medium density fiberboard is a beautiful decorative board. All kinds of wood veneer, adhesive tape film, decorative board, light metal board, melamine board and other materials can be glued on the surface of MDF. Disadvantages: the inside is the fiber ground from logs, which is slightly worse than the solid wood particle board. And has high moisture absorption and water absorption performance and thickness expansion rate. In addition, due to the need to use a large number of adhesives, and its powder fiber is difficult to release after pressing, the environmental protection coefficient can not be guaranteed to some extent. Multi-layer solid wood board Multi-layer solid wood board is made of three or more layers of veneer and thin board glued at high temperature and high pressure. Its main substrate is criss-crossing multi-layer plywood, supplemented by polymer environmental protection glue, and its surface is made of high-quality solid wood veneer, which is made by cold pressing, hot pressing, sanding and curing. Advantages: In the pressing process, the multi-layer solid wood board has stable structure, difficult deformation, high strength, good internal quality, good flatness and strong stability, and reduces the use of adhesives. In the production process, polymer glue is used. After high temperature and high pressure, PVC is sealed around, the formaldehyde content is reduced, and the formaldehyde emission of the board reaches the environmental protection standard, which is green and environmentally friendly. Disadvantages of multi-layer solid wood board: Compared with density board, the disadvantage is that the production cost is higher than other boards, so its price is higher than other boards. Solid wood particle board Solid wood particle board is a board produced by particleboard technology and an "upgraded version" of particleboard. Solid wood particle board is a kind of artificial board, which is made by cutting various branches, small-diameter wood, fast-growing wood and other substrates into chips with certain specifications, then drying them and mixing them with aldehyde-free adhesive, hardener, waterproof agent and so on. It is made by pressing at high temperature and high pressure. Because its cross section is similar to particles, it is called solid wood particle board. Advantages: uniform internal texture, better nail holding power, bending resistance and stability than ordinary particleboard and powder density board. In addition, the environmental protection performance of solid wood particleboard is better than that of MDF. After high temperature, high pressure and sterilization, the wood of this plate is not easy to be moldy and insect-prone, and it is the best material in the panel furniture industry.
