The technical person in charge has more than 15 years of experience in engineering technology management, and has a senior professional title in engineering and a first-class registered construction engineer or registered engineer qualification; he has presided over the completion of two or more construction projects Contracting technical work of representative projects required by Class A qualifications or representative projects required by Class A design qualifications or general contracting projects with a contract value of more than 200 million yuan.

3. Level of scientific and technological progress

(3) There should be no less than 50 construction site management personnel holding job certificates, and there should be complete construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, material personnel, document personnel, etc.

(4) There should be no less than 70 skilled workers at intermediate level or above who have passed the assessment or training.

3. Enterprise project performance

In the past 10 years, it has undertaken general construction contracting or main project contracting for 3 of the following 7 categories of projects, including at least 1 category 1 to 2. Category 3~5 at least 1, the project quality is qualified.

(1) Two reservoirs and hydropower station dams with a storage capacity of more than 50 million cubic meters and a dam height of more than 15 meters or a storage capacity of more than 10 million cubic meters and a dam height of more than 50 meters;

(2) 4 sluices with gate flow ≥500 cubic meters/second (excluding rubber dams, etc.);

(3) 2 hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of more than 100MW;

(4) 2 pumping stations with a total installed capacity of 5MW or more (or flow rate ≥ 25 cubic meters/second);

(5) Hole diameter ≥ 6 meters (or other types with equal cross-sectional area) and length 4 hydraulic tunnels ≥500 meters;
