At the same time, relying on the national patent hydrochlorination device independently developed, silicon tetrachloride, a by-product in polysilicon production, can be completely converted into trichlorosilane, a raw material in polysilicon production, so as to realize the recycling of materials, reach the environmental protection emission standard and greatly reduce the production cost. It has reached the world leading level of manufacturing high-quality polysilicon with low energy consumption, environmental protection and low cost. At the same time, the quality and output of polysilicon products were further improved by actively implementing technical transformation. In the future, the company will focus on developing new technologies "silane method" and "fluidized bed method" to replace "Siemens improvement method", and the energy consumption, production cost and product quality will further reach the most advanced international level.

On the basis of the production scale of 10,000 tons of polysilicon in Zhongneng Silicon Industry, GCL actively expanded downstream.
