I. Introduction
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the key capital for the survival and development of enterprises, and enterprises pay more attention to the management of knowledge and intellectual resources. However, due to the globalization of information and technology, knowledge resources are increasingly scattered around the world, and the limitation of knowledge has become the bottleneck of enterprise development. How to obtain the knowledge resources needed for the survival and development of enterprises on a global scale has become a key problem that enterprises urgently need to solve. As a branch of inter-enterprise relationship network, international procurement plays an important role in strengthening and promoting knowledge, providing enterprises with new perspectives and perspectives on technological innovation and product innovation, and bringing diversified and heterogeneous knowledge and skills to enterprises. Therefore, in the global environment, enterprises must pay attention to the importance of international procurement, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international buyers, promote knowledge sharing, improve enterprise innovation performance and build competitive advantages.
On the basis of previous discussions and studies, this paper studies the relationship between knowledge enjoyment and enterprise innovation performance from the formation of the specific network relationship of international procurement.
Second, the relevant literature and theoretical review
1. Knowledge * * *
At present, the research on knowledge enjoyment is mainly from two aspects: external acquisition and internal communication. The corresponding studies are as follows: Sammul Chan and others put forward that knowledge sharing among enterprises in the cluster is the key to the existence and development of technological innovation clusters; Liu Min and Xu Kai pointed out that enterprises should establish resource acquisition on the external value network to promote product innovation. Gao believes that for uncomplicated innovation, external acquisition can avoid the uncertainty of its own development and achievements. Konght and zander pointed out that the external technology and new knowledge acquired by enterprises through knowledge sharing can improve their knowledge reserves, reduce the cost burden of their own technology research and development, and effectively improve their innovation ability.
2. International procurement
Since the 1980s, international procurement has attracted extensive attention in academic circles. Montzka and Trent defined international procurement as the last stage of strategic evolution; When considering whether to adopt international procurement, scholars such as monczka, trent and nassimbeni regard the purchase price of products as the main influencing factor; Handfield and others considered more factors, such as longer delivery time, transportation costs, tariffs, cultural differences and communication problems; Weber and others consider net price, quality, service and flexibility; Das and handfield discussed the real-time and incompatibility of international procurement. Scholars such as Matthias Holweg and Andreas Reichhart divide the influencing factors of international procurement into static cost, dynamic cost and hidden cost, and calculate them by establishing a total cost model.
Third, through literature and theoretical review, draw a conclusion.
In order to facilitate the study of this paper, the factors affecting international procurement are re-divided into loss factors, income factors and macro conditions. Loss factors refer to the possible unfavorable factors in international procurement, including transportation costs, tariffs, timeliness, cultural differences, communication problems, services, etc. Favorable factors refer to the advantages of international procurement over domestic procurement, including low-cost resources, advanced technology and equipment, higher-quality products and services, and scarce resources. Macro-conditions are subjective and objective factors besides loss factors and gain factors, including the global attitude and strategy of the buyer, the possibility of gaining a foothold in the world, the ability to gain international competition, the supplier's corporate brand and product brand, and the political and economic environment.
1. the relationship between loss factors and knowledge enjoyment
The loss factors affecting international procurement will increase the cost and risk of procurement in tangible or intangible ways, which will have a negative impact on the buyer's decision. Because of these factors, buyers often refuse to cooperate with foreign suppliers and choose to cooperate with local suppliers.
Conclusion 1: Loss factors are negatively related to knowledge enjoyment.
2. The relationship between interest factors and knowledge enjoyment
Considering the interest factors, enterprises have strengthened their determination and confidence in international procurement, so they actively contact and cooperate with international suppliers to strengthen knowledge exchange and sharing among enterprises. Conclusion 2: Interest factors are positively related to knowledge enjoyment.
3. The relationship between macro conditions and knowledge enjoyment
Many times, even if the loss factor of international procurement is greater than the gain factor, that is, the enterprise faces the increase of cost and risk, the main reason is the influence of macro conditions. For example, if an enterprise formulates a global strategy and wants to develop new markets in a certain region, it must strengthen its understanding of this region, establish an image in this region, and expand its influence through international procurement. Macro-conditions have a certain influence on the establishment of inter-enterprise relationship network and the enjoyment of knowledge.
Conclusion 3: Macro conditions are positively related to knowledge enjoyment.
4. The relationship between knowledge enjoyment and enterprise innovation performance
Due to the increasing competitive pressure, enterprises do not have enough time and resources to accumulate the knowledge needed for innovation, and the risk of independent innovation is high. Therefore, in order to build competitive advantage, enterprises must learn from the outside and strengthen the external acquisition and integration of knowledge, so as to realize knowledge accumulation and promote enterprise technology and product innovation. Knowledge acquisition has created new opportunities for enterprises? Production opportunities? Knowledge sharing provides a convenient and effective way for external knowledge acquisition, so knowledge sharing can promote technological innovation and product innovation of enterprises.
Conclusion 4. 1: Knowledge enjoyment is positively related to technological innovation performance of enterprises.
Conclusion 4.2: Knowledge enjoyment is positively related to enterprise product innovation performance.
Four. Recommendations and conclusions
1. Pay attention to the influencing factors of international procurement, the relationship between knowledge enjoyment and enterprise innovation performance.
International procurement has a direct or indirect relationship with knowledge enjoyment and enterprise innovation performance, which can affect knowledge enjoyment and enterprise innovation performance to a certain extent, thus further affecting competitive advantage and enterprise performance. Therefore, when China conducts international trade, it must pay attention to the influencing factors of international procurement, strengthen the role of profit cost and weaken the influence of loss cost according to the factors considered by international enterprises. And improve the corresponding macro conditions of international procurement, actively self-renew and innovate, increase cooperation with international enterprises, undertake more international procurement, promote the enjoyment of knowledge and improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
2. Strengthen cooperation with international companies and actively build a relationship network.
In today's economic globalization, knowledge resources and technical resources are increasingly scattered around the world, especially among large international enterprises. In order to survive and develop, enterprises must strengthen contact and cooperation with them, actively build knowledge networks among enterprises by participating in international procurement-related activities, promote the exchange and sharing of effective knowledge, improve the level of technology and management, and form competitive advantages. Only in this way can we introduce and learn advanced knowledge for our use and vigorously develop the competitive advantage of China enterprises.
3. In the process of knowledge sharing, we should actively acquire, absorb and carry out independent innovation to realize real enterprise innovation.
There is still a big gap between China enterprises and large foreign enterprises in many aspects, such as technology and management level, and now the innovation level of enterprises is also relatively low. Therefore, in the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to gain a lasting competitive advantage, meet the requirements and demands of buyers, and reach a long-term purchasing cooperation relationship, we must attach importance to the accumulation of knowledge elements, carry out independent innovation, and upgrade products through technological upgrading. Make our products or services climb from the middle end of the industrial chain to the two ends, that is, from OEM to R&D and independent design and manufacturing (odm), patented technology R&D and international trade, and independent brand manufacturing (obm).
This paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of international procurement and the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance through the study of relevant literature and theories. The research results will help China enterprises adjust their industrial structure according to the influencing factors of international procurement, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international enterprises, acquire the knowledge and technology needed for enterprise development in the network of knowledge sharing, and build the competitive advantage of China enterprises.
