Fill in the blanks with patent knowledge

1 Actually, and/or, sometimes the examiner thinks it's clear, sometimes it's unclear. Many foreign patents are written in this way.

There is something wrong with your patent name. Is your invention a technical feature? If so, it is best not to take an A in the patent name. You can write like this:

1 A garment is characterized in that a is arranged on the inner surface or the outer surface of the garment.

2. The garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the garment is a hat, clothes, trousers or shoes. (If you write down clothes in the instructions, including hats, clothes, pants or shoes)

After writing in this way, what you actually protect is the case that A is set on both the inner surface and the outer surface. In the description of the utility model, you can modify the corresponding contents according to the claims. Never fill in the claim or specification with anything that is not in the specification, which is easily rejected because the modification is beyond the scope.
