However, with the promulgation and implementation of the Outline of Intellectual Property Strategy of * * Province (No.* *), the field of intellectual property work is broader, the tasks are heavier and the requirements are higher. Especially after the Patent Promotion Regulations (1passed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress on October 20th) endowed the county-level patent management departments with administrative law enforcement functions, the contradiction between the lack of staff and the lack of staff in the Intellectual Property Office of our city is very prominent.
