I. Introduction of Wuhan City Vocational College
Wuhan City Vocational College is a full-time comprehensive higher vocational college sponsored by Hubei Provincial People's Government and headed by Wuhan Municipal People's Government.
The former Wuhan City Vocational College originated from the Hubei Normal School established in 1904. The names of Hubei First Normal School, Provincial Normal School, Hubei Experimental Normal School and Wuhan Second Normal School are more likely to be repeated. In June 2002, Wuhan No.2 Normal School and Wuhan Kindergarten Normal School merged to form Jianghan University Experimental Normal College.
In June 2007, Jianghan University Experimental Teachers College was renamed Wuhan City Vocational College. Wuhan Industrial Vocational and Technical College was founded in April 2004. Its predecessor was China No.1 Metallurgical Construction Company Staff University, which was founded in 1975. On August 20 10, Wuhan Industrial Vocational and Technical College was merged into the former Wuhan City Vocational College.
