2) Put # 1 lead #2 high-pressure heater and #2 lead #3 high-pressure heater into "automatic", switch the normal drain regulating valve of #3 high-pressure heater to "manual" and close it, and open the accident trap of #3 high-pressure heater to keep the water level of each heater normal;
3) Open the normal drain pipes of # 1, #2 and #3 high-pressure heaters;
4) Open the first, second and third stage steam extraction pipeline traps and fully drain the water. Open the third, second and primary extraction non-return doors in turn from low to high, and slightly open the third, second and primary extraction electric doors in turn to warm up;
5) When # 1-#3 high steam charging side is pressurized, open the continuous exhaust valve of each high steam charging to the deaerator;
6) After the HP heater is finished, close the drain valve of normal drain pipes of HP heaters # 1, #2 and #3. Gradually open the third, second and first stage steam extraction electric doors to fully open in turn, and control the temperature rise of the high-pressure outlet water to ≯ 3℃/min;
7) Check the inlet and outlet water temperature of HP heater, steam side water level, steam and water side pressure and temperature are normal, and the steam trap is in good condition;
8) When the inlet pressure of #3 HP is greater than the deaerator pressure of 0.2MPa, put the normal trap of #3 HP into "automatic" adjustment, put the emergency trap into "automatic" standby, check that the drain flow direction is switched normally, and pay attention to the normal changes of deaerator water level, pressure and temperature;
9) When the load of the unit is > > 70MW, confirm that the pipeline drain valve in front of the first, second and third steam extraction electric door is closed;
10) Confirm that the normal and emergency traps of # 1, #2 and #3 heaters are put into "automatic" and set the "target value" as required;
1 1) Check comprehensively to confirm that the high-pressure heater is in normal operation.
When switching the circulating pump, start the standby pump first, and then start the running pump.
3.5. 1 The operation of the oil cooler has been stopped, and the oil cooler is ready to be switched;
3.5.2 Check and confirm that the oil charging valve on the oil side of the oil cooler is open;
3.5.3 Start the AC lubricating oil pump, confirm that the DC oil pump is in a good standby state, and record the outlet oil pressure and lubricating oil pressure of the main oil pump;
3.5.4 Check that the throttle on the oil side of the standby oil cooler is in the open position, and confirm that the oil side of the standby oil cooler is full of oil and the oil flow is normal;
3.5.5 Open the drain valve on the water side of the standby oil cooler, confirm that the water side of the standby oil cooler is full of water, and close the drain valve;
3.5.6 confirm the standby side cold oil machine outlet watergate open; Slightly open the inlet water gate of the standby oil cooler;
3.5.7 Turn the handwheel of the three-way valve of the oil cooler counterclockwise for 2-3 turns to loosen the sleeve and butterfly valve;
3.5.8 Slowly rotate the handle of the three-way valve of the oil cooler, at the same time turn down the inlet valve of the oil cooler at the original operation side and open the inlet valve of the oil cooler at the original standby side, and keep the oil temperature at the outlet of the oil cooler at 43-49℃;
3.5.9 During the switching process, special attention should be paid to the change of lubricating oil pressure. If any abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped and the original operation system should be restored;
3.5. 10 When the handle of the three-way valve of the oil cooler rotates180, the handle reaches the stop pin and the oil side switch has been completed. At this time, the water inlet valve of the oil cooler at the original operation side is fully closed, and the oil temperature has no obvious change;
3.5. 1 1 Hold the handle of the three-way valve and rotate the handwheel of the three-way valve clockwise to reset the sleeve and butterfly valve. The sleeve and butterfly valve are not allowed to be in the non-reset state;
3.5. 12 Confirm that the water supply of the oil cooler is normal, and slowly open the water inlet valve of the original standby oil cooler. Close the newly put oil cooler oil side vent valve and open the standby oil cooler oil side vent valve;
3.5. 13 conduct a comprehensive inspection, confirm that all parameters are normal, and stop the communication of lubricating oil pump.
