1. Assessment objects

Full-time students of our school Junior college (including second bachelor's degree) students.

2. Allocation of places

Each college determines candidates according to the allocated places. For specific allocated places, please refer to the "2014 National and Provincial Government Scholarships and Grants Allocation Table" (see Attachment 1) .

3. Award Amount

(1) The national scholarship amount is 8,000 yuan per year, which will be awarded in one go and an award certificate will be issued.

(2) The provincial government scholarship amount is 6,000 yuan per year, which will be awarded in one go and an award certificate will be issued.

(3) The amount of the National Inspirational Scholarship is 5,000 yuan/year, which will be paid in one go.

(4) The provincial government motivational scholarship amount is 5,000 yuan per year and will be awarded in one go.

(5) The average funding standard for national scholarships is 3,000 yuan/year, of which the first level is 2,000 yuan/year, the second level is 3,000 yuan/year, and the third level is 4,000 yuan/year. Each year is based on 10 It is calculated on a monthly basis and will be paid monthly in semesters.

(3) For the 2013 to 2014 academic year, the academic performance ranking or comprehensive assessment performance ranking was not entered into the class Students who are in the top 10 but are among the top 30 in their class, if they have outstanding performance in other areas, can apply for a national scholarship, but need to submit detailed supporting materials. Outstanding performance in other aspects refers to outstanding performance in a certain aspect such as ethics, academic research, subject competitions, innovation and invention, social practice, social work, sports competitions, literary competitions, etc. The details are as follows:

① Outstanding performance in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, with practical actions of being courageous, helping others, devoting love, serving the society, and being self-reliant and self-reliant, and has a significant impact on the school and the region. ② Achieve remarkable achievements in academic research, have papers published as the first author included in the full text of SCI, EI, ISTP, and SSCI, and publish academic monographs as the first and second authors (subject to expert appraisal).

③Achieve outstanding results in subject competitions, and win first prize (or gold medal) or above in international and national professional subject competitions, extracurricular academic science and technology competitions and other competitions.

④ Achieve remarkable achievements in innovation and invention, and obtain scientific research achievements at the provincial or ministerial level or above or obtain national patents (subject to expert appraisal).

⑤ Achieve outstanding results in sports competitions and win honors for the country. Non-physical education majors participate in sports competitions at or above the provincial level and win the top three places in individual events and the top two team events; high-level athletes (special admissions) participate in international and national sports competitions and win the top three places in individual events and the top two team events. 4. National scholarships

5. Assessment and Submission Procedures

(1) Students who meet the application conditions apply to their college and fill in the "National Scholarship Application Approval Form" (Annex 2), " Provincial Government Scholarship Application Approval Form" (Attachment 3), "National Inspirational Scholarship Application Approval Form" (Attachment 4), "Provincial Government Inspirational Scholarship Application Approval Form" (Attachment 5) and "National Scholarship Application Approval Form" (Attachment 6) , students applying for national scholarships and provincial government scholarships must also submit personal deeds materials (electronic version, about 2,000 words).

(2) Each college will set up a scholarship defense team. The national scholarship and provincial government scholarship will determine the candidates in the ratio of 1:1.5. (3) After each college determines the preliminary list of award-winning students based on the allocated quota, it will be publicized throughout the college for a period of 3 working days. (4) Before 10:00 on October 16, each college should log in to the Shandong Provincial Scholarship Review System (website:) to fill in the relevant information of students who have received national scholarships and provincial government scholarships, and at the same time submit the "National Scholarship Application Approval Form" (2 copies), "Provincial Government Scholarship Application Approval Form" (1 copy), "Award-winning Student List Registration Form" (see Attachment 8), and paper and electronic versions of students' personal deeds materials are submitted to Student Aid Management Center, the "National Scholarship Application Approval Form" is exported through the Shandong Province Scholarship Review System and printed. 6. Relevant Requirements

(1) Strengthen publicity and provide correct guidance. All colleges should attach great importance to it and organize students to carefully study the relevant policy documents and review notices of national scholarships and bursaries to ensure that every student is aware of and informed; they should give full play to the funding and education function of national scholarships and bursaries, guide and encourage students to study diligently and work hard. Be enterprising and achieve all-round development in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic aspects.

(2) Strict standards to ensure fairness.

Each college must strictly follow the stipulated procedures for evaluation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate in a secret manner and other improper behaviors; it shall strictly evaluate and award the students in accordance with the prescribed quota standards, and shall not adjust the standards separately. It is strictly prohibited to raise or lower the standards for payment, or to divide the scholarships and bursaries equally. Once discovered, the school will The relevant responsible persons will be dealt with seriously; for those award-winning students submitted by each college who are found to be indeed unable to meet the evaluation standards stipulated in relevant documents, their qualifications for awarding will be directly cancelled, and replacement of candidates will no longer be allowed.

In principle, national scholarships, provincial government scholarships, national motivational scholarships and provincial government motivational scholarships are not mutually exclusive, but you can apply for and receive national grants at the same time; during the review process, each college must take into account the financial status of the students' families and the students' corporate status in this academic year.
