Changsha Municipal People’s Government’s decision on announcing municipal-level administrative approval projects
In order to further transform government functions and optimize the development environment, after research by the Municipal People's Government, it was decided to announce 219 administrative approval projects implemented at the city level.
Relevant departments in all districts, counties (cities) and municipalities must conscientiously implement and connect the canceled, adjusted and retained administrative approval projects. For administrative approval projects that have been announced and implemented, the implementation conditions, approval procedures and time limit requirements must be clarified, and the work processes and management standards of each link must be improved to further improve the efficiency and quality of approval; for administrative approval projects that have been decentralized, relevant municipal departments shall not review and approve them again. , at the same time, it is necessary to strengthen supervision and guidance, realize the downward shift of the management focus, achieve decentralization of power, and ensure that supervision and service standards are not lowered; canceled administrative approval items must not be retained or restored in disguise to prevent approval items from being reduced while increasing or explicitly decreasing For projects that are no longer subject to administrative approval and have been adjusted to other administrative powers, a sound follow-up supervision system must be established, supporting measures must be formulated, and daily supervision and services must be strengthened.
If the catalog of administrative approval projects published in the past is inconsistent with this decision, this decision shall prevail.
