Elevator shaft hoisting wire rope interference

1 Phosphated coated steel wire rope (patented product). The steel wire has been treated with manganese or zinc-manganese phosphating. The surface of the steel wire is very wear-resistant, effectively inhibiting the occurrence of fretting wear. It is an upgrade of the smooth steel wire rope. The service life of new generation products far exceeds that of smooth steel wire ropes of the same structure, including steel wire ropes imported from developed countries such as Germany and Japan (the current phosphated rope is about three times that of smooth rope, and may be improved in the future, with a phosphate coating of 3-60 g/ m2, the steel wire is no longer drawn after phosphating), and foreign countries have copied China's innovative steel wire rope technology. This innovative technology is suitable for almost all types of carbon steel wire ropes, such as elevator wire ropes, important purpose steel wire ropes, etc.

2. Galvanized steel wire ropes include hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing has a thicker zinc layer and has a longer service life, while electro-galvanizing is thinner. The thicker the zinc layer, the stronger the corrosion resistance. Since the phosphating coating has certain anti-corrosion properties, manganese-based phosphating coated steel wire ropes can be used instead of some types of thin zinc layer galvanized steel wire ropes, such as the Class B galvanized layer in GB8918-2006.

3. Stainless steel wire rope, which is made of twisted stainless steel wire, such as 304 or 316 stainless steel, is relatively expensive. The stainless steel wire is treated with manganese phosphating coating (phosphating of stainless steel wire requires special phosphorus) chemical formula), which can also greatly extend the service life.

4. Plastic-coated steel wire rope, based on carbon steel wire rope, coated with polyethylene or polypropylene on the outer layer of the steel wire rope or strand rope

5. Smooth steel wire rope, England in 1834 Production began in my country in 1939 at Tianjin No. 1 Steel Wire Rope Factory. As the phosphate-coated steel wire rope enters the market and its scale gradually increases, it will be completely replaced by phosphate-coated steel wire rope.

If the hoisting wire rope is disturbed, it means that the wire rope has relatively large residual stress, that is, the stress is not removed properly after the wire rope is twisted. Check which manufacturer it is from, and do not use this brand of wire rope again
