3. Have certain financial accounting work experience and be able to take on the financial accounting work of a unit or manage a certain aspect of a region, a department, or a system.
4. Obtain a doctoral degree and have the ability to perform the duties of an accountant; obtain a master's degree and serve as an assistant accountant for about two years; obtain a second bachelor's degree or a graduate certificate and serve as an assistant accountant for two to Three years; a bachelor's degree or a junior college degree and working as an assistant accountant for more than four years.
