The bidder who cannot guarantee the lowest price is the winning bidder. The final score of each bidder is the comprehensive score of each part, and the score is rounded to two decimal places when calculating the score. The main bid evaluation factors are as follows:
1. Price score (the price weight is 60%, that is, the full mark is 60).
The price score is calculated by the low price priority method, that is, the bid price that meets the requirements of the tender documents and has the lowest bid price is the benchmark price for bid evaluation, and its price is divided into full marks. The prices of other bidders are calculated according to the following formula:

1) According to the response of the bidding goods to the bidding requirements and the positive and negative deviations of the technical parameters of the bidding goods, the Bid Evaluation Committee scores the influence weight of the goods' performance, with 3 points deducted for each negative deviation and 2 points deducted for each negative deviation, with a perfect score of 20 points. .
2) According to the configuration and technical indicators of the bidding products, the jury comprehensively evaluates the superiority of the technical level of all products, and the judges' score is between 1-3.
3) According to the market popularity and credibility of the equipment brands participating in the bidding and the evaluation and reflection on the performance stability of the bidding products, score 0-2 points.
3. Comprehensive strength score (the weight is 4%, that is, out of 4 points): the comprehensive strength of the bidder is evaluated mainly based on the convincing comprehensive strength explanation materials provided by the bidder, such as the company's registered years, scale, technical personnel, business premises, award-winning certificates, patent certificates, etc. The strong one gets 4 points, the strong one gets 2 points, and the average one gets 1 point.
4. Bidder's performance score (the weight is 3%, that is, the full score is 3 points): The evaluation factors include: the market performance of the bidding goods, the quality of the bidder's supply records, etc. (The written certification materials of more than five domestic users of this brand provided by each bidder in the bidding documents shall prevail, including: purchase contract, acceptance report, contact telephone number, etc. ).
5. Technical training commitment (the weight is 4%, that is, the full score is 4 points): according to the feasibility and rationality of the technical training commitment provided by each bidder, 4 points are good, 2 points are good, and 0 point is average 1 point; no technical training commitment is provided.
6. After-sales service score (the weight is 4%, that is, the full score is 4 points)
1) Those who fully respond to the after-sales service requirements of the bidding documents will get 2 points, and those who do not respond to the requirements of the bidding documents will not get score.
