"internet plus" is a new form of economic and social development, which deeply integrates the innovation achievements of the Internet with various fields of economy and society, promotes technological progress, efficiency improvement and organizational change, enhances the innovation and productivity of the real economy, and forms a broader infrastructure and innovation elements based on the Internet. In the new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the integration of the Internet and various fields has broad prospects and unlimited potential, which has become an irresistible trend of the times and is having a strategic and overall impact on the economic and social development of all countries. Giving full play to the comparative advantages of China's Internet, seizing opportunities, enhancing confidence and accelerating the development of "internet plus" are conducive to reshaping the innovation system, stimulating innovation vitality, cultivating new formats, innovating public service models, creating a "double engine" for mass entrepreneurship, innovation and increasing public goods and services, actively adapting to and leading the new normal of economic development, and forming new kinetic energy for economic development.

In recent 20 15 years, China has made positive progress in Internet technology, industry, application and cross-border integration, which has a solid foundation for accelerating the development of "internet plus". However, there are also some problems to be solved urgently, such as the lack of awareness and ability of traditional enterprises to use the Internet, the lack of in-depth understanding of traditional industries by Internet enterprises, the obstacles to the development of new formats, and the serious shortage of cross-border integration talents. In order to speed up the deep integration and innovative development of the Internet and various fields, and give full play to the important role of "internet plus" in stabilizing growth, promoting reform, restructuring, benefiting people's livelihood and preventing risks, this paper puts forward some suggestions on actively promoting the "internet plus" action. (1) lay a solid foundation for development. 1. Consolidate the network foundation. Accelerate the implementation of the "Broadband China" strategy, organize the implementation of the national next-generation information infrastructure construction project, promote the fiber-optic transformation of broadband networks, accelerate the improvement of the service capacity of mobile communication networks, promote inter-network interconnection, greatly increase the network access rate, effectively reduce network tariffs, improve the telecom universal service compensation mechanism, support broadband construction and operation and maintenance in rural and remote areas, and make the Internet sink into an infrastructure that can be used by all industries, fields and regions, with people, machines and things everywhere. Improve the global service capability of Beidou satellite and build an integrated Internet between heaven and earth. Accelerate the commercial deployment of the next generation Internet, strengthen the address management, logo management and analysis of IPv6, and build a future network innovation experimental platform. Study the industrial Internet network architecture system and build an open national innovation experiment verification platform.
