Article 4 The conditions for recommending to apply for the Zhao Guang Science and Technology Award in Hunan Province are as follows:
(a) projects that can directly calculate economic benefits must be recognized by the provincial and ministerial business departments as reaching or exceeding the advanced technical level of domestic counterparts, and the relevant accounting or auditing departments shall issue benefit certificates;
(two) projects that cannot directly calculate economic benefits or mainly reflect social benefits must be directly related to the economic and social development of our province, and after implementation, major problems in the economic construction and social development of our province have been solved; Or a major breakthrough in technology, the main indicators have reached the international level; Or through application, it has solved the major problems of economic construction and social development in our province. Article 5 Recommendation and evaluation procedures:
(a) the candidates for the Zhao Guang Science and Technology Award in Hunan Province shall be filled out by their units according to the selection conditions, and reported step by step according to the affiliation. The central unit in Hunan can report to the local municipal business department or the science and technology commission;
(II) where the Municipal Science and Technology Commission or the provincial department is responsible for the qualification examination of the candidates recommended by the local area, the department and business counterparts, put forward preliminary examination opinions and report them to the Zhao Guang Science and Technology Award Evaluation Committee;
