Article 6

Trade promotion agencies of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, sub-provincial cities, special economic zones and Xinjiang Construction Corps may apply for the establishment of visa offices. Trade promotion agencies at prefecture-level cities and below may apply for the establishment of visa points. The visa office is responsible for coordinating and managing the visa work at its visa points.
