Personal patent sales

Products can be produced and sold. If you have a patent, you'd better apply for it first. If you don't apply for a patent first, the product has been sold, and your peers are likely to take your product back for research. In case they apply for a patent first, they can sue you for infringement in turn. All products can be sold, which is of course no problem.
