Hand rubbing therapy This is a popular palm exercise in Japan to prevent and treat colds. The root of thumb is medically called thenar. The thenar muscle is rich, which is obviously prominent when the palm is stretched, occupying a large area of the palm. The thenar is closely related to the respiratory organs. Rubbing every day is of great benefit to the prevention and treatment of colds, and can also cure symptoms such as sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and cough. The method is simple. Rub the thenar of your hands until it gets hot. One hand is fixed, the thenar of the other hand turns, like rubbing the skin of a peanut, and the hands alternate up and down. When the two thenar are rubbed in opposite directions for about 2 ~ 3 minutes, the whole palm will get hot. Doing so can promote blood circulation and strengthen the body's metabolism, so it can enhance physical fitness and prevent colds and sore throats. 5. Hot steam inhalation therapy Inhaling hot steam can improve dry itching and irritating cough in the throat. The simple method is to boil water in a kettle, let the patient slowly inhale steam with his mouth open, and conditionally take a little oil and add it to the boiling water for inhalation, which is better.
