There are more than 20 major scientific research projects, such as research and design of low energy consumption and low pollution aluminum alloy smelting furnace, technical transformation engineering design of φ 250 steel rolling heating furnace in Longgang, research and development of gas mixer in normalizing furnace, research and development of high-performance high-temperature sealing valve, and optimization research of blast furnace cooling system in Baosteel. The influence of heating system of CAPL soaking pit on furnace temperature and thermal buckling of strip steel, the influence of furnace temperature of CAPL soaking pit on soaking quality of strip steel, the study of jet velocity distribution and jet cooling rate in CAPL cooling chamber, the research and application of carbon steel-water heat pipe heat exchanger, the research and application prospect of medium temperature naphthalene heat pipe heat exchanger, and the application and economic benefit analysis of heat pipe heat exchanger are published. It mainly teaches basic and specialized courses such as engineering fluid mechanics, advanced fluid mechanics, multiphase fluid mechanics, computational fluid mechanics, etc.
