What documents and materials are required for design patent application?

(1) Provide necessary information: the name of the applied design, the name, address, and nationality of the inventor, and the name, address, and nationality of the applicant.

(2) Power of attorney: Submit one power of attorney for one application. Must be original and signed by the applicant. If a power of attorney is not submitted when applying, it can be submitted after application.

(3) Other materials: Pictures or photos of the appearance design, six-sided views of the product (four-inch color photos), working status diagram, main, rear, left, right, top, and bottom views, each This view provides four identical photos with the same proportions.
