Provisions on the submission of monthly, ten-day and detailed statements of bank settlement and sale statistics
1. What needs to be filled in: What is the name and number of the report approved by the National Bureau of Statistics?
1. Ten-day report of bank settlement and sale statistics (see Annex 6), monthly report of bank settlement and sale statistics (income part) (see Annex 1) and monthly report of bank settlement and sale statistics (expenditure part) (see Annex 2), with the table number "Table 1".
2. List of monthly statistical reports on bank settlement and sale of foreign exchange (income part) (see Table 3) and bank settlement and sale of foreign exchange (expenditure part) (see Table 4), with the table number as "Table 2 on foreign exchange settlement in various countries".
Second, the reporting requirements?
1. Reporting channel: All designated foreign exchange banks (including foreign-funded banks, the same below) and non-bank financial institutions located in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with separate plans and special economic zones are responsible for summarizing the statistical data of the Bank and its branches (divided by administrative regions) and reporting them to the local foreign exchange bureaus. The head office of a designated Chinese-funded foreign exchange bank in Beijing shall submit the statistical data of its head office (or international business department) directly to the balance of payments department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange; The head office of a designated foreign exchange bank outside Beijing shall submit the statistical data of its business department (or international business department) to the local branch. The branches of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall summarize the statistical data of designated foreign exchange banks and non-bank financial institutions within their respective jurisdictions and report them to the Balance of Payments Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Cities under separate state planning and branches of special economic zones (except Shenzhen Branch) will submit statistical data to their subordinate provincial bureaus, which will summarize and report them, without sending a copy to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Branch will submit the statistical data to the provincial bureau, which will summarize and report it, and send a copy to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
2. Submission method: The branches of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the head office of the designated Chinese-funded foreign exchange bank in Beijing submit the ten-day report, monthly report and detailed list of foreign exchange settlement and sale statistics to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange through the "statistical networking system of bank settlement and sale", and submit them by means of microcomputer network transmission. If the microcomputer or network fails, it should explain the situation to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in time, and use the fax machine to transmit the report within the specified time. The monthly statement of foreign exchange settlement and sale by banks of foreign-invested enterprises shall be submitted by fax.
3. Submission time: the statistical period of the ten-day newspaper is 1 to 10 in the first half of this month and 1 1 to 20 in the middle; The statistical period of monthly report is from this month 1 to the end of this month. The branches of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the head office of the designated Chinese-funded foreign exchange bank in Beijing shall submit the ten-day report within three days after the ten-day report and the monthly report within five days after the monthly report.
4. In case of weekly rest days (Saturday and Sunday) stipulated by the State Council, the reporting time will not be postponed; In case of holidays stipulated by the State Council (New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Labor Day and National Day), the declaration time will be postponed.
5. Written explanation: The main features and major changes of the foreign exchange settlement and sale business in the current month shall be explained in writing and faxed to the State Administration of Foreign Exchange within 5 days after the end of the current month.

1. 100 "foreign exchange settlement income" refers to the foreign exchange income obtained by domestic institutions (including all enterprises, institutions, organs and social organizations with foreign investment, the same below) and individuals from selling foreign exchange to designated foreign exchange banks (including foreign banks, the same below) and various non-bank financial institutions according to regulations.
