4. If the law firm should be terminated, the practice license of the law firm shall be revoked by the directly responsible person in charge, partners and lawyers before liquidation and cancellation;

III. Materials to be submitted
1, lawyer's change report in duplicate;
2. Two copies of the employment contract or the documents approved by the partners' meeting;
3. The original lawyer's practice certificate;
4. Proof of termination of employment relationship with the original law firm. If the applicant is a partner of the original company, a certificate of withdrawal is required;
5. The financial settlement, business and files with the original law firm have been handed over;
6 "People's Republic of China (PRC) lawyer practice registration form" in duplicate;
7. Two copies of the resident ID card;
8. Two copies of academic certificate;
9. The original and two copies of the lawyer qualification certificate or legal professional qualification certificate.
Four, Loudi City Bureau of justice lawyer management office to accept the application materials and review. If the materials are complete, the registration shall be accepted and the examination opinions shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Justice; If the materials are incomplete, inform all the materials that need to be supplemented at one time; Do not meet the conditions or refuse to submit materials, inform the reasons in writing.
