Who knows where the Qiantang River belongs to?
Qiantang River originates from Liugujian Dongpo, the main peak of Huaiyushan Mountain in Xiuning County, Anhui Province, meanders from west to northeast and southeast, flows through Tunxi in Shexian County, Anhui Province, reaches Meicheng in Jiande County, Zhejiang Province, and then flows northeast to Ganpu in Haiyan County. It is not superstitious to say that Qiantang River belongs to any central government, just as it is meaningless to ask whether the Yangtze River belongs to Hubei, Jiangsu or Shanghai. Only the part that flows through this area belongs to the jurisdiction of the nearest government.
