There are several ways to entrust a lawyer.

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, there are two ways for the parties to entrust a lawyer to represent them. The second is special agency. 1. A general agent refers to an agent, as opposed to a special agent. General agency means that there is no need to make a clear statement on the substantive issues of the case.

The status of the agent, such as the agent filing a lawsuit, responding to the lawsuit, providing relevant evidence, issuing an agency statement, conducting a general debate, etc. 2. Special agency means that the client entrusts a lawyer with special authorization to make a direct M decision on the relevant substantive issues of the case and make a clear statement.

Legal basis: Article 59 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Procedure Law entrusts others to represent the lawsuit, and a power of attorney signed or sealed by the client must be submitted to the people's court. The power of attorney must specify the entrusted matters and authority. An agent ad litem must have the special authorization of the client, and can admit, waive or change the claim, make a settlement, file a counterclaim or appeal on his behalf.
