When Fu saw someone taking the bait, he played Pony, Miss Bai and Director Liang respectively with his father-in-law Liao Moulian according to the fraud script prepared in advance, in order to defraud the victim of more than 930,000 yuan in the names of buying internal code fees, paying income tax, giving red envelopes to leaders and paying internet fees to Hong Kong Mobile Company. Until June 16, Fu saw that the victim, Mr. Li, had been almost crowded. After the cash arrived, Fu immediately spent more than 900,000 yuan to buy a commercial house in his hometown of Anxi, Fujian.
In-depth investigation by the public security organs confirmed that Liao Molian and Fu were not first-time offenders, and their anti-investigation awareness was strong. In a relatively short period of time, they bought two commercial houses and two cars in Huiyang. At present, the suspects Fu Mou and Liao Moulian have been criminally detained by Dingcheng police according to law for alleged fraud, and the case investigation is still in progress.
