Over the past XX years, with the guidance of legal departments at all levels and the joint efforts of all members, I have successfully completed the responsibility goal set at the beginning of the year, but there are still some shortcomings. The annual work is summarized as follows:
I. Basic data
We currently have 17 employees, including 6 practicing lawyers, 7 practicing lawyers and 4 other administrative assistants. We bought three new computers and a printer, which improved the conditions of office automation and the level of legal services.
The statistics of all the work completed in the whole year are as follows:
1, and the number of mandatory legal advisers is 200.
2. Six legal aid cases.
3. Four special training courses for lawyers.
4. Served as three legal advisers.
5. Handled 53 criminal, civil and economic cases.

Second, strengthen study and standardize practice.
The lawyers of the whole hospital actively participated in all kinds of learning and warning education organized by the county judicial bureau. The institute has made a research plan and kept research records. Lawyers personally have study notes and experience, and the study stage is summarized in the office. The firm and each lawyer do a good job in each stage according to the activity plan issued by the county judicial bureau.
Through learning, every lawyer can truly understand the profound connotation of learning and education and enhance the' political direction' of lawyer work; Understand the great significance of building a harmonious society focusing on improving people's livelihood, provide high-quality and efficient legal services for building a harmonious society, and improve the political quality and professional level of every lawyer in combination with xx's basic requirements for the construction of political and legal teams.
Through the study, lawyers' service awareness has been significantly improved, their practice behavior has been standardized, their mental outlook has been significantly improved, their overall image has been significantly improved, and the complaint rate of the masses is zero, and there is no violation of discipline.
Third, establish and improve various systems.
We always regard system construction as an important means to standardize lawyers' behavior and strengthen the management of law firms. Establishing a scientific, democratic and legal management system is the need of the development of today's law firms, and our efforts have been made to improve the various rules and regulations initially formulated by the firm. For example, the first is the conflict of interest review system, which further regulates the lawyer's agency behavior to prevent the loss caused by the conflict of interest in practice and affect the lawyer's integrity image. The second is the feedback system of lawyer's service quality, which implements one card per case and puts the lawyer's practice integrity under the supervision of the parties. The third is the complaint investigation system, so that all lawyers in the firm consciously abide by their credit and standardize their behavior with honesty and trustworthiness. Fourth, study the system, insist on political business study once a month, guide lawyers to correctly handle the relationship between competition and help, efficiency and fairness, economic benefits and social benefits, be a good legal guardian, safeguard legal dignity and improve the overall quality of lawyers.
In our daily work, we have realized information communication between lawyers, between lawyers and directors, and between lawyers and our firm. All key issues related to lawyers' work, major issues related to internal affairs and major issues related to legal services were notified to lawyers in a timely manner, so that lawyers can keep abreast of the dynamics of the lawyer industry and lawyer work in the city, be alert and sober, strengthen team building and business construction, and improve the quality of legal services.
Four, strict management of lawyer fees
Our firm earnestly implements the Interim Measures for the Administration of Fees of Law Firms, and publicizes the fees on the wall. Lawyers are strictly forbidden to collect fees without permission. The financial transactions between clients and firms must be made clear in person by the clients, leaders, financial personnel and lawyers, and the charging standards should be presented to the clients or clients, formal invoices should be issued, and the clients and society should accept the supervision, so as to effectively avoid improper behaviors and unnecessary events of lawyers in the practice process and enhance the transparency of charging.
Five, do a good job in legal aid for vulnerable groups, and actively organize and participate in public welfare activities.
Our hospital always regards doing a good job in legal aid for the masses, especially the disadvantaged groups, as a concrete embodiment of learning from Theory of Three Represents.
