What do you think of JD? COM "customized warehouse" was sued by Hon Hai for breach of contract?

According to current media reports, JD.COM signed a contract with Hon Hai Group to lease the Qingpu warehouse owned by Hon Hai as the first 3C warehouse of JD.COM Mall in East China, and entrusted Hon Hai Group to build the second phase warehouse on the 150 mu open space next to the first phase of Qingpu warehouse to meet the needs of business expansion. However, after the completion of the second phase warehouse, JD.COM refused to rent the warehouse provided by Hon Hai on the grounds that the warehouse did not meet its requirements. Now Hon Hai has filed a lawsuit against the losses suffered.

In my opinion, the cooperation between JD.COM and Hon Hai is not only a lease relationship, but also a entrusted legal relationship. The second-phase warehouse provided by Hon Hai should be tailored according to the requirements of JD.COM and meet the quality requirements and acceptance standards of JD.COM. Otherwise, the entrusting party, namely JD.COM, has the right to refuse to accept the contractor's work results.

As for the losses claimed by Hon Hai, JD.COM has not paid the original deposit of 48 million yuan before Hon Hai built the warehouse. Hon Hai can choose to pursue JD.COM. COM, but Hon Hai still started construction of Qingpu Phase II warehouse without paying the deposit in JD.COM. On September 20th130th10th, JD.COM put forward the standard of "uniform static load of the second and third floors is 2 tons/m2". Although Hon Hai thought JD.COM. COM's requirements were too harsh, so he decided to bear the cost of the change independently. Neither the initial construction plan nor the second phase reconstruction plan has been approved in writing by JD.COM. Hon Hai has obviously realized JD.COM's negative attitude and obvious signs of breach of contract, so it still chooses to continue construction and eventually build a second-phase warehouse that does not meet JD.COM's standards.
