The moot court can be divided into four groups: trial group, prosecution group, defense group and comprehensive group.
1. The trial team is composed of the presiding judge, judges (jurors), clerks and other persons who do not appear in court.
2. The public prosecution team is composed of the public prosecutor or plaintiff and their authorized agents, as well as those who do not appear in court.
3. The defense team consists of defense lawyers and their agents and other persons who did not appear in court.
4. The comprehensive team is composed of criminal suspects, defendants, victims, witnesses, appraisers, bailiffs and other litigation participants as well as those who have not appeared in court.
